Referral programme — key terms

Summary version 1. The signed referral agreement prevails over this summary.

Who can join
Individuals and businesses able to introduce prospective buyers, sellers, tenants or landlords. Partners act as independent introducers, not as agents or employees of Manoir Property.
What counts as a referral
A new introduction submitted through this portal before the company has any existing relationship with that person. The company checks each submission for eligibility and duplicates and tells you the outcome within five working days.
Referral fee
10.00% of the net brokerage commission actually received by the company for a buyer/tenant introduction, and 5.00% for a seller/landlord introduction. Fees are never calculated on property value, VAT or any other party's share, and are due only after the company has received its commission.
When fees are paid
Within fifteen working days of the company receiving the related commission, by bank transfer to the details you provide at that time. The company never asks for identity documents or bank details through this portal during registration.
Your obligations
Introduce only people who have agreed to be contacted; provide accurate information; never present yourself as the company's representative; never negotiate on the company's behalf.
Changes and termination
Either side may end participation with notice. Fees already earned remain payable. Programme rates may change for future referrals; the rates in your signed agreement apply to referrals submitted under it.
Privacy
Personal data of the people you introduce is processed by the company as a real estate brokerage to respond to their enquiry. Your own data is used to run the programme and pay fees. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
